Have a technical problem?
If something's broken in the app, it helps us a lot if you include:
- The email on your parent account (so we can find your session in our logs).
- Which page / tab you were on when it happened.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can — saves us a lot of guesswork.
- What browser + device (Chrome on a Chromebook, Safari on an iPad, etc.).
